Coming in an update to C.O.O.L.R. Is SNOD! Your personal trader and vendor! He will give you skins and oddities to put on PABO, but these are not free however,  which is where SP come in or Spare Parts. SP is a currency that SNOD likes to trade with and can make you look stylish with enough of them. SP will be found all over the sattellite and is not a paid currency (Nothing in this game WILL EVER cost you real money)

When is this update?
Probably not anytime soon, but shooting for some time early next year.
